CyQuantiFi replaces heatmaps with clear Annual Loss Expectancy in dollars. Our models use expert forecasts and are tested with Brier scoring, so you can measure how accurate those forecasts really are.

We’ve filed two patents with IP Australia and built a production-ready platform based on a major mathematical breakthrough: patented cross-graph correlated sampling. This helps reveal the true scale of potential loss that traditional tools often miss.

Maths over Vibes

We measure, we calibrate, and we don't ship a number we cannot defend or a forecast we cannot score. The same standard applies internally: dashboards beat slogans, metrics beat assertions, and "I don't know" is a complete sentence. 

For you, this means: your work is evaluated on outcomes you can show, not stories you can tell. "I think it's going well" is not an answer here.

Calibrated Honesty

Confidence and accuracy are different things. We say what we know with the right level of confidence, mark uncertainty out loud, and update fast when we are wrong. Brier scoring — the same calibration mechanism we sell to customers — is part of how we run the company.

 For you, this means: "70% confident" is welcomed; performed certainty is not. Changing your mind in response to evidence is a sign of strength here, not weakness.

At-or-above-market base pay against published Australian salary surveys, never below. Equity asymmetry openly explained — we show you the cap table and dilution at the offer, not after.

 Founder commitment: the founder will not take a base salary above market for his stage-equivalent role while any employee or contractor is paid below theirs.

Build Like It Matters

What we build runs in environments where mistakes hurt people — water utilities, hospitals, ports, energy grids, eventually Defence. Build like that's true. Test like that's true. Document like that's true. There is no growth-hack version of this product.

 For you, this means: if you're an engineer, tests are part of the feature. If you're in product, regulatory requirements are design constraints, not paperwork. If you're in sales, you flag a deal that isn't right for the buyer.

Transparency by default. Decisions and reasons live in writing. Known issues at the top of every document, not buried at the bottom. Bad news first, good news second. Every employee gets quarterly transparency on revenue, runway, customer count, and pipeline.
